Passport returned due to wrong photographs

I am the primary applicant and my husband is secondary applicant. I recieevd my passport as stamped however, they returned the passport of my spouse stating wrong photograph measurements. They have given 30 days to submit it again. Due to lockdown, VFS is not taking appointments. Can someone please advise on this. Thanking in anticipation

I don't think you need an appointment to submit the passport. Can't you just mail it to the visa office as you did before?

In the letter they have written the pacakge to be sent via VFS
