Passport returned back to cpc Ottawa

Hi, My name is Gurtej Singh I submitted my passport for TRV stamp on 30 June 2022. And the final decision was made on 18 July 2022. I sent the passport through canada post and included a return envelope as well. But on July 21st came to know that my passport was dispacted from CpC ottawa on 19 July but instead of being delivered to my home address, it was sent again back to CPC ottawa. I do not have any contact no of cpc ottawa. Can anyone help me please?

Yeah after a month and half. Send them another envelope and write them the whole situation in a latter and also include your passport request form with proof of identity. This the way that work with me .I hope it works on you as well.
