Passport return with PR visa April 2015

Hi Guys,
I sent my passport on Apr 13, 2015 and it was received by them on Apr 14.
It is been more than 2 weeks and I have not heard back from them . I am a bit worried especially that many of you has the same timeline and already received their passports back!
Any advice. Thanks.

Canada post never activated my tracker. It was activated the day they delivered.
10 am- out on transit for delivery
I was like whats wrong.
An it got delivered at 1 pm :-X same day

Crossed the north portal border and became permanent resident.
I have one question friends do we have to tell our nominating province about the pr or not and can we change our job after landing or do we have to wait for the pr card?

That's very frustrating. Thought I get used to the waiting game with CIC , but I am losing my patience this time.

Thanks God. My tracker was just activated .
Passport was received by CIC on Apr 14.

Finally after 3 days of calling CIC I was able to book an appointment to have my landing at CIC office...connecting to an agent was very frustrating. I guess more than 100 dials. The agent told me Waiting time is 3 weeks and I will have to wait for the local cic office to give me the date of my appointment...
