I sent my family passports on 28th February 2012. Canadian Consulate Detroit for visa stamping under AINP Category. The Canadian Consulate Detroit received the passports on 29th February 2012. I track the status that they withdrawn my checks on 5th March 2012. And also my PR online status has been updated to ‘Decision Made’. A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision.

The Canadian Consulate Detroit mentioned in letter the timeline 2 to 3 working weeks to return the passports after visa is issued. I am still waiting for my passports. We have to travel abroad in another 2 weeks. I tried to reach them to get to know the status. But recorded messages telling that visa status are not providing over the phone.

Do anyone has experienced how long will Canadian Consulate Detroit return the passports? Could you please suggest me what is the best way to know the status of my passports?

You can only send an email to them and they will reply back in a day or two. Mention about your travel also!!

Thank you for your response. Can AINP Category PR holder apply the jobs outside of Alberta province in Canada, if we don't find any jobs match our skill set in Alberta? If yes, what is the process to move from Alberta to other province in Canada? How much period minimum we have to stay before move out from Alberta.

Actually I dont have much idea about AINP but as far as i know the Provincial nominees have to work in the province only until they are Permanent resident thats d reason they nominate us to profit their province from work we do. So, better to find a job in Alberta and Alberta is a very good province in all terms i wish i was there.
