passport return in person

I submitted online application on may 11, 2013
passport request received June 5 2013
passport received at passport office June 6, 2013
No tracking number is coming on UPS site. Does that mean the passports are not stamped yet?
Sent fax as well as case specific email available online but automated response

Is it possible to go to the office and expedite the process? We have flight for Canada on June 13, 2013

Did anyone go to office in person to collect the passports after going through online process?

I got my tourist visa in canada after 15 working days but i have a friend who went to CEM office and show them her confirmed ticket and was able to get it. Well...give it a try
