Passport return delayed - Flight already booked !

I was issued my student visa on 21st July,2016. I was sent a pdf file with details of my visa. I sent my passport on July 11th. Now its been almost 20 days , and I still haven't received my passport back yet from Islamabad Visa Office.

I've already booked my flight for 10th August, 2016 and I'm getting really worried. What if I don't receive the passport on time ? And why is it taking time when I've been already sent a visa letter ?

I sent the passport through Gerry Office Peshawar, Pakistan. Please help !!

Isn't Abu dhabi office the visa office for pakistan? whats islamabad office?

i got visa on 28 july also no passport dispatch mail yet i am also getting worried..............

Did you try to contact the vfs office you submitted your passport to??

Yes. They say they cant do anything about it.
I will have to wait..
