Passport requirements

Hi everyone

I'm applying for my first passport and I have questions about the photo requirements for those of you who already got theirs done.

1) I got my photo done at Costco and it has a stamp at the back that says: ''I certify this to be the true likeness of the applicant), do I have to write my name as well or is that sufficient ?

2) It says on the website that the guarantor should sign with their first and last name ? So do they expect the guarantor to write their name as well or just sign, because some people's signatures don't have both names.

Guarantor will write your first and last name and sign one photograph. He don't have to write his name on the back of photos. His detail is already in the application form filled by him.
