Hello,
I am submitting a work permit application for a client that is currently visiting Canada but applying through the Manila office. Part of the requirements by the visa office state that the original passport must be submitted. I'm wondering if this is accurate or if I can send in notarized copies of the passport. The client will need her passport in order to return to Manila while the application is in process.
I'm also curious about the NBI and police clearance. If it is in process and documentation is submitted, can that be included in the application?
Finally, I want to ensure that a TRV application is not necessary. The forms requested by the Philippines office does not mention this form to be included.
Thank you so much and I'm hoping someone can respond to my inquiries.
