passport requested

ok guys need help again here!
i have the passport requested mail here...but got confused. better to ask than make mistake on such an important matter

questions:
1. include a self addressed envelope : what does this meant? is it means i wrote my address on the envelope right? and where does i wrote my address? on the back of the envelope?
2. which better option: courier delivery or registered mail?

The "self addressed envelope" is what they will use to send your passport back to you. So grab a new envelope (big enough to fit your passport) and write your address on it like you were sending mail to yourself.

If you can use courier then you know you can track it. Depends on the address you have to send your passport to. Courier's won't deliver to PO Boxes. Either way, make sure you get proof of delivery.

ok...because we have limited time caused by my med check up, so the immigration sent two mail, to me n my husband. my husband received first (me still have not) so he sent everything through email and i print them.
problem is: the bar code that i must put on the back of the cover of my passport, is it ok if it is only print bar code? thanks

Makes sure your self addressed envelope is NOT a Jiffy Bag..they seem to get held up when the Visa office return them to you..and has to be at least 30cm by 26cm (size of a regular sized sheet of paper)

ok now i made a mistake
i sent my passport by courier and ask them to sent back by courier...problem is after i sent them, then i found out that courier / dhl / fed ex will not sent back the mail from singapore by 'cash on delivery basis' except if you have account number (that will meant company in indonesia) so any suggestion what should i do? HELP PLEASE
