You'd be better placed looking for it in threads specific to either months of application (eg 'December 2016 outland here'), or visa office (eg 'Manila applicants here'), as there you'll see information which is more relevant.

I'm also confused why your signature says decision made March 1st, when you're apparently still sending paperwork, and your side timeline suggests AOR was a day after that.

I think decision made is for sponsorship only

I think its hard to find PPR in those threads since there are tons of pages and questions. Posting here will make it easier for people waiting for their passport request. Btw thanks for letting me know about the decision make as PRVC said it was cut out because of the character limit.

The whole point of those threads is to bring together relevant data and information. Random passport requests here from all over the world will me a mish-mash of timelines, and won't help anyone figure out likely timeframes. The tons of pages and questions in office/month specific threads is their strength, not their weakness.
