I already received the Passport Requested letter (Me and my spouse), so I am planning to send the both passports to VAC New York/Los Angles, I visited their site as well for more info. which is; " https://www.vfsglobal.ca/Canada/USA/how_to_apply.html#
still a few are there, such as;
1) The package transmission fees as per their site is $ 19.90, as I am sending 2 passports, so, should I make two money order with $ 19.90 each, or I can mak a single money order of the amount of $ 2x19.90?
2) In the consent letter, on the last page, there are two options, which I am pasting below,
i- Applicants wishing to provide biometrics
I confirm that I have reviewed the biometrics validity and requirement tool on the Government of Canada’s website and will be providing my biometric enrolment notwithstanding the information provided on the Government of Canada’s website.I have made this decision of my own free will and without any influence or suggestions from the VAC staff.Name: ________________Signature: ______________Date: ___________________
ii-Applicants NOT wishing to provide biometrics
I confirm that I have reviewed the biometrics validity and requirement tool on the government of Canada’s website and have decided NOT to provide my biometric enrolment. I have made this choice of my own free will and without any influence or suggestions from the VAC staff.Name: ________________Signature: ______________Date: __
which one should I fill? as I already completed my biometrics.
3) As per their site, they are requesting pre-paid return shipping label of our choice other than the FedEx, which courier service will you recommend?
