I got passport request too. In the application online I have answered country applying is Philippines but I am working Saudi Arabia. I have submitted my passport at VFS Global Jeddah. Will CA embassy in KSA stamp visa on my passport? Will ir be alright?

You must email the Riyadh visa office to confirm that you can submit your passport to them. There won't be any problems for visa stamping
