Finally received request for passport on Aug 10, 2020. Passports sent Aug 11, 2020 to Kingston Jamaica, does anyone have any idea how long it will take to get our passports back?

In normal circumstances, two weeks. Not sure about the current scenario.

We applied for family sponsorship April 2019

sure we applied for family sponsorship in April 2019 medicals done in July 2019 they asked for more information in November 2019, we received pre-arrival letter Feb 2020 and there was nothing again until August when they requested passports so a total of 490 days until passport request now it’s been 13 days since the passports went to Jamaica
