So you need to do a medical again before they issue the visa. Get the medical done asap and send your passport. Theyll send it once the medical results are received and passed

Not sure if this is the case but even though our medical was loaded by the doctor that did it and it said he passed it still said that we owed documents so I loaded our copy anyways and after that it finally said "we have received all your documents"
