can anyone help me and tell me how to fill the appendix A - updated information chart
whether to fill it electronically or by hand
and what other documents to send along with the passport
if anyone has pictures of their filled ones that will help
im confused

Appendix A is different from Schedule A.

Its pretty simple.
In the principle applicants section, fill the applicants information.
In the spouse section, fill the sponsors (spouse) information.
Send in 2 pictures as per the instructions.
Lastly, and the most important document, your passport.

Take all of the above to the VFS office instructed in your PPR letter. All the best.

P.S. Some people advised that only the principal applicants info needs to be entered in the Appendix A. However, I entered the applicants as well as the spouse (sponsor's) info and I got my COPR and passport stamped last week.

Yes 30 days. It is written on th3 passport request letter.
