Hi everybody , finally i got an email from cic warsaw asking my wife to send her passport to stamp her visa , does any one have idea how long it take to finalize last stage ?

This database is compiled by forum members. If you couldn't find your visa office there, it probably means that those applying through that visa office do not upload their info to the file. You may refer to other offices for reference.

On the average, about 3 to 8 weeks, depending on your Visa Office. However, some people have reported wait times up to 6 months to get the passports with visas back. Everything depends on your visa office and the issuing officers.
