Passport Request please help

My father got email for PPR from CPC Mississauga to be submitted in Ottawa. My father is in the Philippines since August and I submitted a webform about the change of address.
After PPR email I followed the instruction and sent 4 webforms asking them for instruction to submit the passport to VAC in the Philippines because that is where my father’s location right now. We passed the 30 days deadline and until now no clear answers from them. I also called them too but they just email the VO. But still no movement. I need an advise please.. Thank you.

Did you do an inland sponsorship?

Yes.. I submitted my father’s sponsorship when he was here with supervisa used our canadian address then they requested a biometrics that’s why he has to go to Philippines..

There is no inland sponsorship for parents.

If you are his representative, you can try calling IRCC. Otherwise, you just have to wait.
