Passport request photo and Appendix B

Hi Friends,
My wife applied under family class sponsorship. She got passport request yesterday. I have two questions with regard to the form and photo:

1. She needs to submit two photos as per below specs. As I understand, the back of one photograph will be blank and other one will have her name, date of birth and information about the photo studio. Is that correct? or both photos should have same info?

2. She needs to fillout Appendix B part of the request form. The pdf is not "typed" friendly. Is it okay if it is handwritten? or it has to be typed?

I just want to be cautious at this stage. You guys have been very helpful and we are grateful to all of you guys.
 
1. yes only one photo should have applicant's name, date of birth and information about the photo studio and the back of other should be blank

2. I just recently sent my passport and appendix B .. so what i did was just filled out the appendix B with hand .

Hi taj regarding appendix B, do i still need to put my husband's passport number (Sponsor) even tho im not sending them to the visa office? or just my passport number (Principal Applicant).

no sponsor's passport info was not required in my appedix B . so oly the principal applicant's passport number

So just my information (Principal applicant) since we dont have children im the only one sending passport, Thanks alot for replying, really helps.

yes i am also the only applicant with no dependent child so i only put my info ..

would they require the passport of the non-accompanying dependent when we get to PPR?

Hello..i am the principal applicant residing in canada and my dependent, a minor is in the Philippines..for appendix b, since i need to sign it, can I sign and scan it then my daughter in the Philippines will just print it and submit together with her passport and photo to VAC manila? I'm really confused how should i do this since I am here in Canada already
