My spouse has received the passport request and it shouldn't be long when it all gets done and dusted hopefully. CIC has also included an "Appendix A-Updated information chart" with that letter that has the file number on the right hand side and a table follows it. The first row is about Principal applicant and the second one is about the Spouse. There is a bar code underneath the file number and when I try to put the required information into that table it's just not letting me do anything. Can anyone help me with this please? Your response would be much appreciated
