Passport request letter with no details on it

I received an email just now saying I got a new message in my CIC account. I logged on to check, and it was a passport request letter!!

However, when I opened the letter, all the personal detail fields like UCI, application number, name, date are all blank. For example:

UCI:
Application No.:
Date:

Dear ,


Just kinda confused about this. Could it be not intended for me??

The application status still says "open", final decision "not started"

Just print out that letter, you will have all details on the page.
