Just received the passport request today....took about 70 days to get my application approved....very excited. Good luck to everyone else.

Hi,

My application was sent to Buffalo however fowarded to New York. They received it June 19th.....letter sent today was sent Aug 5.
 
Hey Robertbola congrats for the PPR !!!
Can you please let me know the date printed on the letter you received. I had received a call from NYC consulate on 08/05 that I am approved and still havent received the PPR request. This can help me when I can expect to receive the letter.... :)

Thank you everyone- I just wish everyone else good luck and I want you to know that I undertand how hard it is to be without your spouse. I did outland and my spouse lives with me so it was never anything to rush, however the suspense was still there.

We plan to leave around Christmas and we are happy to have this out of the way. However if you are apart and waiting so hard for this decision I wish you all the best and think positive.

I was one of the lucky ones, however I believe a well organize application is important.
