Passport Request from LA(how long before they send PP back) Urgent.

10/20/2012 Request for PR fee
10/22/2012 fees sent
11/02/2012 Reqest for passport and 2 new pic from LA
11/05/2012 Passprot Sent by express mail
Now if anyone has idea how long it's take them to send passport back.

I have the planned trip to go to indian in Dec 14th.

Please advice.
