Passport request from buffalo

Hi Guys,

I recieved my passport request from buffalo. Does it means that my PR application is approved and its only matter of getting PR visa stamped on my passport. Please help me. I hope there is no refusal/rejection now for my pr application. Once I mail them my passports how much time they take to return the passports back

Mine took 10 days
