Passport request for the visitor visa

Hi All,

For my parents we have got passport requests? Do we need to send it to VFS global? They are in India, close to Kolkata.

What are the documents needed other than the letter and passport and passport copies? Do they need to sign the VFS consent form as well?

Can we do it online as well? Filling up the form and then sending the passport via courier?

I dont think passport can be submitted through courier. It has to be submitted at vfs. I dont know more about it. May be someone applied online and later submitted passport, can share more details.

I have applied online for them...It took one week after submitting all the documents to get the passport request....Is there anything other than VFS consent required?

Wow! You were really lucky to get a passport request in one week itself. For most of people it is going 40+ days.
