I just received my OPR. My IRCC account also shows application was approved.

I did too!! Did you book an appointment for passport submission? I’m not being able to get any appointment in dhaka vfs.
I was trying for an hour then got an operator. When we started talking the call disconnected. All I could hear is no slots available until 10th of December.
