I believe you made your application through paper mode.
If you apply through VFS, just visit their office from where you applied with a copy of the email you received. They will be able to assist you better.

Too bad. If you have a scanned copy of your passport, attach with the email and send it to the high commission /consulate where your visa is processing. Also check if they allow public to visit them, if they do, go in person.nmurshed said:
