Passport Request, Do I need to send IMM 008? Landing Question.

Hello Seniors,

1) I'll be sending my passport to Ghana for stamping in a few hours. Do i need to send the IMM 008 form along as well? It contains the same information i submitted online and there hasn't been any change.

2) If I have to send the IMM 008 (generic application form), is it okay to choose a different province/city from the one I submitted online? I'm FSW stream.

3) If I submitted a particular province (e.g Ontario), is it acceptable for me to land in another another province (e.g. Alberta) ?

You can land wherever, just don't choose Quebec as your final destination.
