My wife received her passport request but is having trouble with obtaining a return label. In the shipping instructions it explicitly says to ship via UPS or FEDEX but neither of them will print an international shipping label. She has spent a few hours on the phone with both companies and hasn't been able to resolve this issue yet. It seems strange - I haven't found anything relevant to this on CanadaVisa or elsewhere on the internet. Has anyone else ran into this problem before?
