passport request CHC London received

Dear all,
I received my passport request from CHC London. In their email to me, they said I need to submit it ASAP since my visa expires soon ( June end), and if I am submitting in person I need to show this email to the person at the reception to understand the urgency.
They don't say though if I have to submit on a Thursday or can I submit any day since this is urgent?

Can anyone provide some input of this?

AFAIK submitting in person on any other day but Thursday in the 2pm to 3pm timeslot is no different to just posting the passport to them. The only difference is you save a day of postage.

Unless you can get confirmation from CHC London about this I would certainly play it safe and deliver it on a Thursday.

I would've assumed that I can only submit on Thursday, but in their email to me, they mentioned that if I am submitting in person, I should show the email they sent me to the person on reception, so that's why I got confused. Hmmm.

may be what chc meant is tht they will cqter ur request on thursday but will bypass other requests nd send it directly to vo. u can alwo call embassy to reconfirm same

Hi Maryam,
I am assuming that you have gone through the whole process of getting your visa.
I am in a similar situation, where my medicals expire in 8 weeks, and still have not heard from them. I sent my additional medical tests a month ago, and still nothing, and my medicals were sent last July. I am hoping in the next coming weeks I get the PPR from them, even though they dont reply to any emails.

For everyone's reference, in case someone will go through what I did, I was able to submit my passport to CHC London in person on a Monday, and receive it with my stamped visa on a Thursday morning. I had an email from my visa officer requesting that the security let me go through. Everything was super smooth, I got my visa in 3 days basically.
