passport request And change in family composition

I receive passport request and also I want to tell my office about change in family composition like include my daughter
So my question is that I first informe my office about change and wait their reply or just informe office and submit passport pls repy

If your daughter was born after you submitted your post ITA application, send in a CSE along with her birth certificate and request them to add her to the application.

I send cse along birth certificate and passport but no reply now I received passport request and step 1 they say if your family composition is change informed our London office and step 2 passport requirement now what I can do thanks for reply
