In the Adult simpiified renewal application, under the section "additional personal information" it asks to list your occupation for the last 2 years. There is a spot asking for addresses? It's not clear. Is it asking for the work address or home address?
The reason I ask this question is because the slot right above it already asks to list your home addresses in the last 2 years...
