Passport Renewal for child while PR is in process

Hi friends,

Does anyone have experience of renewing the passport for child while PR is in process? If you renew the passport, how do you inform CIC,like sending a copy to CIC or wait for PPR?

You can provide IRCC with the most recent/renewed passport during the processing of your application.

in the tab where UCI number is to be quoted, mention your child’s UCI

in the tab where application number is to be quoted, mention your application number.
