Passport released with Query Letter from CHC New Delhi today

Dear Friends,
Today I have received my passport (without visa) and a Query letter from CHC new delhi and I am asked to respond within 30 days.
Letter looks like this

Dear Seema Sinha,
this refers to your application for a canadian study permit.
I have received your application and documents you submitted in its support.I have reasonable grounds to believe that you have not fulfilled the requirement put upon you by section 16(1) of immigration and refugee protection act.
specifically, I am concerned with authenticity of the work experience letter from {my current company name} which you have submitted in support of your application.
I would like to give an opportunity to respond to this information.I will afford you 30 days from the receipt of this letter to make any representations in this regard.If you dont respond to this request with in the time outlined above, your application will be refused.

*Actually the company where i am working presently has new contact number. Contact number which is mentioned on letter head does not work any more.However I sent new office number to embassy ppl one month ago. but it seems that they were making call on old number which is mentioned on letter head.that is why thay have concerned about my current job..whether i am working for this company or not.

I request you to all please let me know how to respond to this query.Senior Member from this forum please help me.

ur company has not updated their letter head? VO wont accept a number from u ....u need to get another letter from company on a new letter head with new number on it or a letter stating the change in number on the old letter head from the company.

@Mead..Thanks for your reply. Yes office number has been changed recently . when i did submit my application that time old number was working and only old number was mentioned on letter head..but after few days company got new office number. My HR and I both sent an email to embassy about change of office number.
Now my company has updated letter head..

good then ask ur HR to send another letter on the new letter head and also add may be a business license number or something that will prove the company is authentic and registered with government....ask HR to add company website on the letter as well if possible....

@ Sabby2612...I did not submit form 16 from this company. I thought It was not required..Anyway I`ll submit them this time..
