I think this is due to week profile. try in jan session and try to gain 6.5 bands and admit in university and go for jan 2013 intake

My friend applied with on 9th July he got visa yesterday his profile is also low 10th-59,12th-49,ielts 6.0

He went for 3years business administration at lambton college sarnia

10th-49%
12th-52%

IELTS 6.0 L-6.5, R-5.0, W-6.0, S-6.5

he has average scores , even In reading he has 5 bands Since most colleges do not enroll candidates with below 5.5.

if colleges dont enroll with reading 5.0 then how my friend got the visa yesterday with 10th-59% and 12th-49% and ielts 6.0

why don't you order caips notes instead of applying again and again. come on man there is some thing on ur file thats making rejection on your case repeatedly.
order the caips notes then you will know the exact point of your refusal. Thats my brotherly suggestion to you . AND when u get that then remove that fault if removable and apply for visa and grab it from them

it means there will be a clear point of rejection in caips and if we remove and apply again can we get the visa..

yes, offcourse .I know 2 guys here from pakistan were rejected twice and then they got caips notes and found out the exact point of their refusals. they attached the caips notes with their new visa application and explain that refusal point in the statement of purpose and eventually got the visa.
If you are a stupid person( I dont wanna be offendid) then you will apply again to visa and get the same refusal reasons which you are getting repeatedly.
However if you are smart enough, a gentleman then you will definitely go for caips notes. best of luck

come on why not ?? it is your right to know why they refused you and then tell them they you cleared that point so then they wouldn't raise a finger on you .. they would be forced to give you visa. never ever they can refuse you again.
Actually because of that reason these mo th er fu ck ers never tell the exact reason of refusals in the refusal letter because they know that by then people will clear the point in the next apply and will get the visa.
don't worry whatever i say go on this route and you will definitely reach your destiny(brighter and shine )
you got refused three times thats why i m telling and advising you ..normally i don't give much suggestions because some times some iddiots interfere in between conversation of two people and start criticising on this forum

why you want to go for entire file? entire file means you get information about all the documents that you submitted with your application.
just apply only for caips notes dude

need help i just saw the sample file of caips which costs around $40..where is the decision written on caips i mean there are four pages where is the decision is written by the officer please guys kindly help me..
