Passport received but no visa inside

My wife and I have just received our passports back from Canada Immigration Service in Mexico. Mine has the visa attached with the passport, but hers has not the visa attached. We applied online and we had an approval. Could you tell us what can we do? The application no is V302761671.

I tried to. On the website they provided a number from Mexico City. I called them and they told me they couldn't help because I applied online, and asked to call the Embassy. They didn't have the number. I Found it and called the Embassy. The answering machine asked to call Monday to Thursday. I am very upset because I'll have to send my passport back, and I had a trip to USA planned. Also, will they reinburse the second DHL delivery?

First of all I would not post your application number on a public forum. You can hit the modify button and reword your posting. Second. Are you both from the same country? I think some countries do not require a visa to be physically attached to the passport.

Yes. We are both mexicans. We apply at same time. We were aproved at the same time.

Congratulations on getting your approval but you have me stumped as to why one of you has a visa in the PP.

On the visa, there is one field that says number of persons.
Check it as it might say 2
