Passport reached NY at April 29th, nothing replied yet

From I got passport requested for an online application and my passport reached NY consulate, 24 days passed. Im really in an emergency but they never reply my email. Now I am really anxious why I have an uncommon situation. :-[

i am in a similar situation. my passport reached the embassy on 29 april. i got an email on 16th may saying i would recieve my documents shortly.
1 week has passed. still waiting. i had to cancel my trip which was scheduled for today

I have canceled one trip. Seems I will cancel another one. 29th is a bad day.

Ordeal about to end... I'm finally getting my mother-in-law's passport today! :-X
