Hello

I was trying to find out the latest time line taken by SGVO to return the passport back to candidate. It was difficult go through each and every page. Lets all share our time line so that we can get expected time of return of the passport. Please feel free to add any line.

Passport Submitted to VAC Dhaka: 26th July 2015
Passport Received by SGVO : 29th July 2015
Return tracker activated : waiting

My passport receive date by SGVO is 11.08.2015

Hello,

Could anybody please tell me the formalities required for submission of Passport to VFS Bangladesh for obtaining the Permanent Residence Visa. I recently received my Passport Request letter from CIC and they have requested me to submit of 2 (two) passport size photograph. However, since I am residing in Bangladesh which is outside both USA and Canada, CIC has instructed me to contact CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca so that they can make arrangements to issue the documents at a local visa office.

I went to VFS Bangladesh with my passport size photographs, Passport and the letter from CIC but they told me that since the letter issued by CIC does not mention anything about submitting my passport to them, they cannot accept my passport.

As such, I was wondering whether anyone could tell me the procedure for submitting the Passport from Bangladesh after receiving Passport Request letter from CIC.
