Means what? If you do expedited processing it is issued by local office, if not its Gatineau.

I know someone who didn't do expedite and her passport issue is from Mississauga

It may be different depending on which office it is. I really don't know other than mailed in applications are issued in Gatineau.

Guys, please does anyone know if Gatineau has Citizenship Ceremony Centre? Or where do those that need to take citizenship oath attend the ceremony...Ottawa or Montreal?
