You are entitled for a two attempt delivery by the Blue Dart courier executive, it's a breach of contract rules.
Track the AWB number given to you on the Blue Dart website and click on maps, it should show you which office is allocated to you. Directly walk in and enquire.
If you didn't receive a pickup within the 72 hour mark. Send an another email to VFS explaining the situation, they will mostly issue a new number.
30 day limit will automatically get re extended to 90 days as per IRCC's twitter statement.
