Passport photo requirement USA

I really don’t know what else to do. I received PPR yesterday September 23rd. Ever since then it has been difficult to get all the requirements for the passport photo.
it says at least one of the photo needs to be stamped with my name behind it, all the CVS/Walgreens I’ve been to say they can’t do that.
How were you guys residing in USA able to get all the requirements.

I thought what they said is that you need to put your name, DOB, the location and photographer name etc. but not necessarily have the photo stamped.
Are you saying they wouldn't provide their names to you?

I must have read it wrong then, so I can put my name and DOB myself.
