Passport photo request

Hi,
My wife is US citizen and we applied Outland in March. On Sept 25 she got her request for scanned copy of her passport which was sent back same day. A couple weeks later we saw DM on the ECAS and figured we were home free as an interview was not being requested. So we have been waiting patiently for the COPR form to come in mail so she can flagpole and land. Today she got an email from CIC requesting passport photos to complete the process. We had pics done at time of medical and thought those were for PR and I can't remember any other request for photos. So did we goof up? We thought panel doctor sent in the photos taken. Were we supposed to send more photos separate with the application. Has this happened to anyone else?

Did you sent 4 photos in the dimensions specified in IMM3910E? If so, then that should have been it. Unless they lost the photos.

I just re-read your post and saw the above comment. You need to send in 4 more citizenship photos (they are different from passport photos) separate with the application. The ones given to the panel doctor does not count.

thanks it looks like we goofed up and forgot to send them in. We honestly can't remember. So we consulted IMM3910E and -Appendix B. My wife is headed off to get 4 done and will courier them off! Wish they had asked for them last month with PPR. Thanks again!
