Hi
I enter all the details in PIK, took the printed form to immigration officer. The immigration officer didn't stamp the passport. I reached on 15th September, How long I can stay in canada?
I forgot to add, In Feb or so, when I was in Canada, applied for visitor record and it was approved till November. I had to leave Canada in between around May and came back in September. Now with this condition, still I have 6 months from 15th September ( so till March next year) or it would go with previous visitor record that expires in November. Greatly appreciate help here.

Did you advise IRCC that you left Canada in May and withdraw your visitor record?

No I didn't.
Just to let you know, I had the valid visitor record (till Nov) before I left Canada in May. Per my understanding as you leave Canada, the visitor record is void. It can't be used for reentry.. It is mentioned clearly in my Visitor record.

You are still required to advise IRCC if you leave and have applied for an extension. IRCC doesn’t realize you left and returned. Technically you have 6 months to visit but also have a visitor record that expires soon on your file. Most do not apply for a visitor record and leave and return before they get a response from the visitor record. Would suggest clarifying that you did leave Canada without withdrawing your visitor record application.

Thanks a lot for your response. Let me try to clarify a bit here.
I applied for visitor record. And I got approved visitor record before May ( with expiry in November 2024). I left the country in month of May. There was no application to withdraw as it was already processed and approved.
After leaving in May and I came back in September. During reentry, immigration officer didn't put the stamp.
The question is, I am allowed to stay in Canada for next 6 months ( till March 2025) or November 2024 ( which is the expiry date of now void visitor record).
