Passport Name vs Certificate Name

My passport Name includes my surname whereas my educational certificate are without surname.
I have contacted WES via mail but haven't received any reply from them.
Just wondering if this poses any issue in validating my certificates.
Can anyone pls illuminate?

Do both your passport and edu. certificate include your first and last name ? If so, no worries.
 
No. My passport has my F M L name.
My certificates have my F and M name. No L name.

Pls suggest what is the solution for this.
 
You'll have to write a letter to explain this case.
 
You need to get a One in the Same Person affidavit, stating that all possible variations of your name belong to the same person.
You can google formats.

[size=10pt]Hi the easiest way you can do make a self declration stating that FM and FML is one and same person and do not consider it as name change if you r in India then go to court they will made it for you make sure you Notarized it i did this same way as my lawyer suggest this and i m also providing this while applying for visitor visa and never get rejected due to diffrent names as you [/size][/font]

So basically if I get my ECA done with certificates having Fname and Mname.
If I have a notarised affidavit stating that both FML and FM name belongs to same person, there won't be any problem in proceeding with the Express Entry application even if my name on the passport is Fname Mname and Lname? (Whereas ECA done with Fname and Mname only)
