hi guys here is my case, I applied CEC in September, 2011. I live in Toronto.

Jan, 20 2012 they start to processing my application, which I known from the first email they sent to me

Mar, 5 2012 I got my medical exam done as they requested from the sencond email

Apr, 18 2012 I was asked to pay the RPRF fees and sent my passport to Fort Erie, ON within 3 days, in my 3rd email they said "processing of my application is almost complete".

my former employer never receive any phones calls from CIC as I know so far, and I personally only received 3 emails from them. E-cas shows Still in Process and Medical Received.

Now I don't know if there still need any interview, or how big is the chance i get rejected? or is it means I don't have to worry all i need is waiting for the Visa?

My working permit is going to expire in next month and I don't have any Canadian entry Visa, I just can't help to worry :(

If you sent them your RPR fee, and your passport, you can expect to get it returned in 3-6 weeks. I got my passport back exactly three weeks later. You can apply for a visitor visa before your permit expires too. If you apply for that you have "implied status" until you hear otherwise.

Once you get your confirmation of permanent residency you can leave the country and land. I landed today. I had my bank statement and letter from my employer with me but they didn't ask to see either of them.

At this point where your RPR fee & passport have been requested, the chances of an interview are pretty slim, not likely. You should receive your passport with immigrant visa, confirmation of permanent residence, and instructions about "landing" in about 3-4weeks, could be longer.
