i have not updated my passport after marriage with my wife's name on it.
Can i apply my file with my spouse without passport update. we have marriage certificate with us.

Go ahead and apply without updating passport as long as you have marriage certificate.

Don't worry, I was thinking the same when I was on work permit in Canada and I had applied for my spouse work visa. I didn't had her name in my passport and she was approved for work visa without any trouble. Marriage certificate is the document required to prove your relationship status.
