I have done diploma in mechanical engineering from government polytechnic with 55% and having 6.0 no less then 5.5 in each modual
i attached $22k loan letter
I paid 1 sem fee in Mohawk college in mechanical engineering technology 3 yr course

pls suggest me not what to do?

It does not make any sense for applying in same program which one you already completed in past.
Change the program.

May be the course that you have choosen is same as your past qualification, you must change your course
and another is the reason of your backlogs if you have
