man in your case i must say u unnecessarily applied 3 times without obtaining caips. they give absolute and perfect reason for the refusal....you would have obtained that first and re-applied it.

try to another country ,, becoz now days rules are strict in canada ,, that check ur all over profile,,, if u really want come to canada,, than apply in university ,, boz everyone who apply in uni. category get visa surely but uni. is gud not like FDU ,,TRU..

@ amankaur - visa officer doesnt look at university, even i got admission in university of western ontario and still i am waiting for visa since 6 december. i should have got visa by under university category. Canada visa is still mysterious, no one knows why they take time and why they give visa in just 4 days. :-X :-X :-X
trying other country wouldnt make you feel like we are feeling right now also safe to go in other countries...

dear , u knw that on vfs wen it is given that ,, plz/recommended submit ur application before dec/aug/april ..thats why now u r in waiting list .. anyway im damn sure i ll get visa ..
why university students get visa 100% becoz one of the officer said last year if someone international student get admission in uni he/she will get visa 100%.. i read this news fer month ago one of the canada newspaper website..
