I'm filling the application for PR , under protected person .
In the form passport section , there is a question says "do you have valid passport/ travel document" ?
Should I say Yes or No ,
As you know once you apply for refugee claim they sealed the passport ?

Was the passport returned to you? if not, just say no.

You Should say YES

and attach the copy of your passport (which was stamped by CBSA and provided to you). where the passport is (seized) doesnt matter, technically in records you do have a passport.

So your answer should be YES
