passport expires soon what do I do???

Hello folks I need advise please, my passport expires in about 3 months and I will be applying for a new one in the coming weeks... do in inform CIC of the new one when I receive it? and if so what is the procedure? thanks.

I have same question. What I feel is any change in the application details, it should be informed to CIC. May be need to send an email to the mail id which mentioned in the AOR email stating the application number as subject line and attach a scan copy of new passport and also to be on good side send copy of new passport with a covering letter to the CIC office.

I am also in the same situation. I am planning to email the new passport copy and send the new passport once I receive PPR.

Just send the scan of new pass to CPC email address and explain that you have change it, You are good to go!

You just email them, there won't be any response. If you want to make sure that they put it on your file order GCMS after 15 days of your first email

I would send them both along with a paper letter of explanations. You should be OK. Congrat!
