Hi Folks here is the deal (In Joe Biden's voice), my friend's passport expired and won't allow his work permit to be extended, please how do we go about this? The expiry date was changed to a more suitable date but the form was rejected because it does not tally with his previous records.

Thank you for your response. He is currently awaiting a Judicial review of his refugee case.

If he had a WP associated with his refugee claim he doesn't need a valid passport to extend it.
